Like the other review, I was wondering how these tables would look. But I figured I can return them, so why not try. I love the look. They are just what I needed. Small, classy and simple design. Yes, if you are looking for a high end look, then don't look to closely. And if so, why are you shopping for furniture on Amazon.com?? But, all my guests have raved about them and their style. Solid wood, great looking stain! If this is the "look" you are wanting, and you don't want something too large - then you will be pleasantly surprised!!
BYW - I put them together by myself! Started with the end table (took me an hour) finally figured it out and it only took me 15 min to do the larger coffee table. Hint - Make sure the first screws that you put into each leg - are screwed all the way in (not half way) but all the way in tight first! Happy shopping. Renee

for the price that Amazon.com gives you, the table is good quality and amazing. I WILL ADMIT, that I was second guessing whether or not I should purchase this table because of ALLLLLL the negative reviews customers posted on Target.com. I found that there was almost nothing good that people said about this table.. BUT WHATEVER! IT IS CUTE, so i took my chances and I purchased it and am COMPLETELY SATISFIED. When you read reviews and people say that it doesn't come with instructions.. IT DOES. It comes with picture instructions. you only have to do about 3 things to put the table together and if you know how to say your alphabet, then you will be able to follow the instructions. ALSO, people say that the table is WOBBLEY. well it wouldn't be, if you put the screws in right. LAST BUT NOT LEAST, people say the glass insert doesnt fit. IT DOES. it just has a tad bit of space so you can lay it down nicely on the wood part of the table. anyway, BUT THIS TABLE, you won't be dissapoined. I also purchased the coffee table. amazing!
