It did take a little time to recieve the product, but I didn't reallize when I ordered it came from Canada (I'm in the USA), so it has to go through customs. We started putting it togehter and realized one of the parts was broken. I emailed the company and got an immediate response. They sent me a new part right away. Again, it did take a bit of time to get here but they were polite and explained in their email it could take a little time. It was relatively easy to put together and is a relatively sturdy piece of furniture once put together. Looks nice in our living room. Thanks!

Don't be fooled by the original price, this is a low quality sideboard made from particle board. The "free shipping" took several weeks, and several of the pieces arrived with scratches.

This piece looks great and holds a lot of stuff. It was not easy to assemble however and is slowly falling apart after having it for only 6 months.
